Auto Tech Training, Inc. works hard to provide quality products and services, but we know there will be times when someone will make a purchase from us and find the product doesn't fit their needs or meet their expectations.


To receive a refund for a purchase with which you are not satisfied, you must return the item to Auto Tech Training, Inc. within 30 days of delivery.

No returns for credit after the time limit will be ALLOWED.

Any physically damaged or defaced items are not refundable.

Shipping costs are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning items to us.

Credits and refunding are handled by our Business Manager. Credits may take up to five days to process, and refunds may take up to thirty days for a check to be issued, after the goods are received in our office. Credits and refunds are made in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.

To return a product during the thirty day guarantee*, simply package the item, include a copy of the invoice that was enclosed, and return it to: Auto Tech Training, Inc.
